National trainer Simon Francis

Simon is director of training for Dynamo Concise Training. Having worked in the security industry for over 25 years, Simon has great experience in both conflict management and physical intervention skills. In 2011 Simon decided to put his knowledge and skills into better use and formed Dynamo Concise Training. Dynamo Concise Training deliver a wide range of accredited courses to both individuals and organisations throughout the UK. Simon has obtained the following qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training Level 4 Certificate in Education Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance Level 3 Assessor qualification Level 3 First Aid for Mental Health Level 3 Physical intervention Instructor Level 3 Conflict management instructor Level 3 Use of physical restraints instructor NVQ's in Business Admin and in Customer Service
